3. 日常喝咖啡千万不要喝得太烫
无论是咖啡还是喝其他热饮,都不要喝得太烫。2016年国际癌症研究机构(IARC)公布对于咖啡等过热饮品的致癌性评估结果,温度超过65℃等过烫饮品被列入2A类致癌物。即对人致癌性证据有限,但很可能致癌。
