Operations General Manager (Zhuzhou in China)/業務總經理(中國湖南省株洲市)
General Manager Duties and Functions:
職責與功能:Formulating quarterly and annual plans of production and operation and reports of financial budget and final accounting./制作生產與運營季度計劃與年度計劃,財政預算報告和最終會計報告 Organizing the Company’s purchase of raw materials and its production and marketing of products./組織公司的原材料購買,及其生產和產品市場 Signing, amending or cancelling any economic contract with a third party, provided however that the amount
involved in such contracts shall not exceed three hundred thousand United States Dollars (US$300,000) or its equivalent in any other currency. 與第叁方簽署,修改或取消任何合同價值不超過30萬美元或等同價值的經濟合同 Organizing matters in connection with the establishment of branches./組織與分部設置相關的事宜 Appointing or dismissing other members of the operation and management body (including but not limited to the Operations Manager and the Quality Manager), ordinary management personnel and working
personnel./任命或解雇其他運營與管理實體的成員(包括業務經理和質量控制經理),普通管理人員和工作人員。
Formulating or recommending amendments to the salary and benefits standards of employees./制訂或推薦職員的工資與福利標准 Implementing plans of pension, retirement, reward,insurance and other benefits with respect to employees./執行有關員工的養老金,退休,獎勵,保險和其它福利計劃 Representing the Company in all matters in respect of the business operation and management of the Company./在所有關於商業操作和管理事務上代表公司 Dealing with all other matters with respect to the Company other than those requiring resolutions of the Board of the Directors./處理其它有關公司但不需要董事會作決議的事務。
General Manager Skill Set/技能:
Mandatory competencies/必備能力:
1. Demonstrated ability to adapt to unique and challenging situations. Given that this position requires the candidate to work in Zhuzhou, (hardship rating of 35), the candidate will face challenges from all angles - family adjusting to the new environment and culture, expatriates on site needing support, local hires to develop and production schedules to meet.

Ability to developing talent - to maximize the contributions of expatriates from a technical perspective, as well as inspire the local hires to exercise initiative and follow-through on commitments. 有能力去開發天才,最大化技術移居人才的貢獻,激勵當地雇傭者的創造性與積極性和樹立他們的責任感。Highly desired competencies/高度渴望的才能:

Strategic HR Manager (Shanghai en Chine)/人力資源部經理(中國上海)
The role of the strategic HR manager would be/職責: to provide HR leadership to all employees in China, including responsibility for total compensation strategy and performance management for employees across China.

The criteria for selection/選拔標准:
Must speak fluent Mandarin and English, possess sound knowledge of labour and employment law in China, and must have extensive HR experience working in a multinational environment. The candidate must also have a solid understanding of North American management practices and possess experience
initiating, planning and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Previous HR work experience within UTC would be highly desirable.
流利中文(普通話)與英文,深悉中國勞工法,必須有在多國環境裡全面的人力資源管理工作經驗.
必須對北美管理實踐有牢靠的理解以及具有提議,計劃和執行人力資源各項新方案的工作經驗. 有以往在UTC人力資源管理工作經驗的人士會是理想的人選.
