General Manager Duties and Functions:
职责与功能:Formulating quarterly and annual plans of production and operation and reports of financial budget and final accounting./制作生产与运营季度计划与年度计划，财政预算报告和最终会计报告 Organizing the Company’s purchase of raw materials and its production and marketing of products./组织公司的原材料购买，及其生产和产品市场 Signing, amending or cancelling any economic contract with a third party, provided however that the amount
involved in such contracts shall not exceed three hundred thousand United States Dollars (US$300,000) or its equivalent in any other currency. 与第三方签署，修改或取消任何合同价值不超过30万美元或等同价值的经济合同 Organizing matters in connection with the establishment of branches./组织与分部设置相关的事宜 Appointing or dismissing other members of the operation and management body (including but not limited to the Operations Manager and the Quality Manager), ordinary management personnel and working
