General Manager Duties and Functions:
職責與功能:Formulating quarterly and annual plans of production and operation and reports of financial budget and final accounting./制作生產與運營季度計劃與年度計劃，財政預算報告和最終會計報告 Organizing the Company’s purchase of raw materials and its production and marketing of products./組織公司的原材料購買，及其生產和產品市場 Signing, amending or cancelling any economic contract with a third party, provided however that the amount
involved in such contracts shall not exceed three hundred thousand United States Dollars (US$300,000) or its equivalent in any other currency. 與第叁方簽署，修改或取消任何合同價值不超過30萬美元或等同價值的經濟合同 Organizing matters in connection with the establishment of branches./組織與分部設置相關的事宜 Appointing or dismissing other members of the operation and management body (including but not limited to the Operations Manager and the Quality Manager), ordinary management personnel and working
