Formulating or recommending amendments to the salary and benefits standards of employees./制訂或推薦職員的工資與福利標准 Implementing plans of pension, retirement, reward,insurance and other benefits with respect to employees./執行有關員工的養老金,退休,獎勵,保險和其它福利計劃 Representing the Company in all matters in respect of the business operation and management of the Company./在所有關於商業操作和管理事務上代表公司 Dealing with all other matters with respect to the Company other than those requiring resolutions of the Board of the Directors./處理其它有關公司但不需要董事會作決議的事務。

1. Demonstrated ability to adapt to unique and challenging situations. Given that this position requires the candidate to work in Zhuzhou, (hardship rating of 35), the candidate will face challenges from all angles - family adjusting to the new environment and culture, expatriates on site needing support, local hires to develop and production schedules to meet.
