备受欢迎的火锅店—大味·锅物料理(Big Way Hot Pot) 自开业后，在大温迅速刮起一阵火锅风潮，并在大温地区进行大规模扩张，已在大温多个城市开设了10多家分店，这次终于要在素里开分店啦！

大味火锅是一个自助火锅品牌，于 2021 年在本拿比的 Kingsway 首次开业，之后不断扩张，并已在多伦多与美国加州开设分店。
大味火锅的用餐方式是先拿一个锅，根据自己的喜好选择各种食材，然后再选择自己喜欢的汤底，最后称重付费。

价格取决于锅的重量，因此可根据自己的胃口或预算来选择食材的多少。
自助式火锅的乐趣之一在于很多顾客在称重之前喜欢猜测自己这锅的价格，放满丰富多样的食材后的小锅在称重后的价格往往还挺实惠的，因此这类视频经常会在社交媒体上疯传。
大味火锅提供100多种食材，从新鲜的蔬菜到海鲜与肉类，以及各种粉面之类的主食，种类齐全，而且都是非常适合放在火锅里的食材。
