Customer Support Specialist

Job Duties:
· Provide high level customer services for complaints referred from local office/stores/Call Centre
· Track, manage and respond to T3 and other support request
· Investigate and trouble shoot customer service issues
· Ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction for onsite and local support
· Perform customer satisfaction tracking on customer support request and compliant
· Perform analysis to determine commonly occurring problems and recommend solutions
· File local complaints, visit back and survey log sheets, reports and learning
· Quality control and checking for local sales channel
· Regular customers visit back/survey requested by marketing, project team or store
· Recommend improvement actions, change of policies/procedures from customer complaints in order to escalate our customer experience

· Manage and handle daily operation for internet project in terms of order follow up, ticket handling, installation, customer enquiries, quality control, reporting and reconciliation.

General Skills and Knowledge- 3-5 customer service experience

Logistic Assistant
Job Duties:- Process logistics requests from manager and ensure all necessary follow-up action is completed
- Liaise with customer to schedule, coordinate and ensure receipt of goods
- Trouble Tickets handling
- Product batch exchange
- Dealer and Store order
- Pick up stores returned devices and recycle
- Purolator returned devices recycle and record return reason
- Customer walk in case
- Product inventory count (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- Shipping supplies order and skid shipping scheduling
- Accessories’ sorting, clean up and testing
- Holds a minimum of a college diploma or an undergraduate degree
- Related experience preferred

Duties and Responsibilities- Acting as a single point of contact between internal departments and service provider, handling inquiries from all sales channel and disseminate most updated information to them about any changes from service provider
- Acting as a single point of contact for the customer by providing ongoing account support, handling service inquiries, technical issues, billing issues and change management for assigned accounts.
- Assign modem to each account and make records of shipping and inventory.
- Track individual deliverables as well as provide feedbacks and quality control on projects.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation report based on internal data and service provider’s data.

Duties and Responsibilities- Formulate and implement marketing strategies to manage customer life cycle, revenue generation, contract renewal and retention.
- Develop marketing programs to engage and retain existing customers.
- Work closely with analytics team to ensure customer segmentation, response forecast and campaign measurement criteria.
- Maximize the business opportunities in our customer database via various cross-sell and upsell programs.
