共和黨總統參選人川普競選時不斷批中國，但他肆歲的外孫女艾拉貝拉(Arabella)卻從小就跟著保母學中文，除夕夜還穿著紅色繡花改良式唐裝搭配紗裙，用中文為父母和弟弟約瑟夫唱歌念詩，壹起迎接中國春節。

川普34歲的愛女伊凡卡(Ivanka)10日在Instagram貼出短片，附文說：“艾拉貝拉在剛過去的星期天晚上，想在上床前舉行中國春節派對。她打扮起來，為賈瑞(伊凡卡丈夫)、約瑟夫和我唱歌和念詩。”
在短片中，艾拉貝拉背後的窗子上掛著大大的“福”字。伊凡卡說：“這是非常可愛的猴年，春節快樂。”
伊凡卡2011年懷艾拉貝拉時，就表示她為了准備當母親看了很多書，並誓言讓女兒從小就接觸其他語言。
伊凡卡堅守承諾，艾拉貝拉18個月大就開始學中文，伊凡卡也經常分享女兒學習中文和中國文化成果的影片和照片，並稱贊“了不起的中國保母”。
去年春節艾拉貝拉打扮成小紅帽迎接羊年，而伊凡卡貼出女兒穿著在中國文化代表吉祥快樂的紅衣。
伊凡卡當過模特兒，現為川普組織發展和並購部門執行副總裁。她2009年與紐約另壹個房地產家族的庫希納(JaredKushner)結婚，先後生了壹女壹兒，現在又懷了八個月身孕。

她與可能成為父親競選總統勁敵的喜萊莉?克林頓的獨生女雀兒喜是閨蜜，雀兒喜還宣稱：“伊凡卡壹點都不膚淺。我覺得這是她很了不起的地方，因為任何人像她這麼漂亮，可能都會非常膚淺。”
