备受瞩目的温哥华新建大型购物中心 Oakridge Park 终于迎来了曙光，今天正式宣布，Oakridge 购物中心重建项目的主要一期工程已正式宣布将于 2025 年春季盛大开业！

这个大型购物中心的主要建筑工程最早于 2019 年开始，但 2020 年夏季做出的一项决定将该综合开发项目的大部分完工时间提前了约两年。原占地 28 英亩的旧购物中心已不复存在，取而代之的是一个全新的、扩展的购物商场，引入了餐饮、办公、住宅、社区和公园等多种用途。
除了开业日期之外，Oakridge Park 购物中心还宣布了首批新入驻的名牌店，包括奢侈品牌 Louis Vuitton、Prada、Brunello Cucinelli、Moncler、Versace、Max Mara、Maison Margiela、Miu Miu、Christian Louboutin 和 Alexander Wang，这是建造继温哥华市中心（尤其是Alberni 街）之后的第二个奢侈品零售中心的又一举措。
随着 2024 年的到来，将会有更多的零售商、餐厅和品牌宣布入驻。
到 2025 年春季，总共将有 65 万平方英尺的可出租零售空间和 100 多家商店开业。
