備受矚目的溫哥華新建大型購物中心 Oakridge Park 終於迎來了曙光，今天正式宣布，Oakridge 購物中心重建項目的主要壹期工程已正式宣布將於 2025 年春季盛大開業！

這個大型購物中心的主要建築工程最早於 2019 年開始，但 2020 年夏季做出的壹項決定將該綜合開發項目的大部分完工時間提前了約兩年。原占地 28 英畝的舊購物中心已不復存在，取而代之的是壹個全新的、擴展的購物商場，引入了餐飲、辦公、住宅、社區和公園等多種用途。
除了開業日期之外，Oakridge Park 購物中心還宣布了首批新入駐的名牌店，包括奢侈品牌 Louis Vuitton、Prada、Brunello Cucinelli、Moncler、Versace、Max Mara、Maison Margiela、Miu Miu、Christian Louboutin 和 Alexander Wang，這是建造繼溫哥華市中心（尤其是Alberni 街）之後的第贰個奢侈品零售中心的又壹舉措。
隨著 2024 年的到來，將會有更多的零售商、餐廳和品牌宣布入駐。
到 2025 年春季，總共將有 65 萬平方英尺的可出租零售空間和 100 多家商店開業。
