橫掃美國的“殺人”颶風菲奧娜（Fiona）已經在今天（周六）早上登陸，並席卷了加拿大大西洋省份。

今天壹早，颶風襲擊了新斯科舍省、愛德華王子島、馬德琳島和紐芬蘭西南部。根據加拿大颶風中心的數據，新省島嶼Beaver Island的陣風峰值達到161km/h。

截至當地時間上午8:30，Nova Scotia Power報告稱有414,000戶人家處於黑暗中，這大約是它所服務數量的80%。
在愛德華王子島，Maritime Electric報告其86,000名客戶中有82,000戶沒有電。NB Power報告有47,000戶停電，其中大部分位於Moncton，Shediac和Sackville極其周邊地區。
